We also need 2 sewing machines (with brown and green thread), 2 cutting stations and an ironing station. Please email Carol Hayes chayes002@socall.rr.com if you can bring any of these items to the class.

Sherri C found this on a website and thought you all may want to know about some DMC color changes in their product line. Thank you Sherri!
Hello All.
Sherri Clemens has arranged for a new lecture from our favorite DAR representative – Karen Reese. She will present “American Women’s Fashions, 1760-1925”. This program will trace the history of American women’s fashion through some highlights from the DAR Museum’s collection.
Please mark your calendars for Saturday, May 31 at 10:00AM (Date change!). More news to follow in the next newsletter.
Keep on stitching!
Hello OCSG!
Our meeting is set for 10AM Saturday, April 12 at the Sunny Hills Church of Christ in Fullerton. Our program is the Travel Sized Quaker Sewing Roll by Catherine Theron. We will go through the kit together and begin stitching away.
The deadline has passed to order the kit, but you can still come and enjoy our birthday month with your guild friends. If you want to buy lunch, please use your coupon in the newsletter and send it to me by April 7. I will contact everyone via email to make a lunch choice from a selection of salads and sandwiches from Panera. The guild will provide drinks and birthday cake to all attendees.
Happy Stitching!
